A virtual business consultant, built to keep coming back.

Overview
A short-form cinematic business explainer featuring OMAR, a virtual business consultant avatar I developed as a recurring digital character for Business Wheel.
The film translates a simple but powerful business insight into an engaging visual story: when customers start promoting your brand for you, customer acquisition becomes dramatically more efficient.
Rather than presenting the idea as a traditional corporate talking-head video, I built the piece around fast visual metaphors — wallets opening, calculators running, coins dropping, and business-driven imagery — designed to grab attention while keeping the concept immediately understandable for CEOs, founders, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.

The project
OMAR is a short-form AI-assisted business explainer created for Business Wheel to transform an abstract business insight into a fast, visually engaging story.
Instead of relying entirely on a presenter speaking to camera, I used OMAR as the narrative anchor and built a visual world around his explanation.
Business concepts were translated into visual metaphors, allowing ideas around customer acquisition, advocacy, money, calculation, efficiency, and growth to become tangible visual moments.
The objective was to communicate a business idea quickly without sacrificing visual identity or cinematic storytelling.
My role
I developed the video from concept to final delivery, combining creative direction, generative AI, virtual-avatar production, visual storytelling, motion design, editing, and traditional post-production into one workflow.
The objective was not simply to generate an AI video. I wanted to create a repeatable visual content system where a consistent virtual consultant could communicate Business Wheel's business insights while cinematic supporting visuals transformed abstract concepts into memorable visual moments.
Creative approach
The goal was to make business education feel more cinematic, immediate, and visually memorable.
OMAR acts as the narrative anchor throughout the film, while supporting AI-generated scenes transform concepts such as customer acquisition cost, customer advocacy, money, growth, calculation, and business efficiency into simple visual metaphors.
The result sits somewhere between a business explainer, branded content, and an AI-native short film.
Creative development
Before generating the final visuals, I established a visual direction for how the business concept should feel on screen.
The goal was to translate an abstract business idea into a visual language built around recognizable metaphors, cinematic compositions, business environments, money, scale, calculation, growth, and movement.
This stage established the visual logic of the film before moving into AI image generation and avatar production.

Production workflow
01
Established the visual language, references, metaphors, compositions, and overall cinematic direction before production.
Explore Moodboard ↗02
Developed a hook-driven, insight-led script designed specifically for business decision-makers and short-form viewing.
The information hierarchy was established first, allowing the visuals to support the idea rather than distract from it.
03
Produced the final voiceover using ElevenLabs, controlling pacing and delivery for the virtual presenter.
04
Created cinematic supporting frames and metaphorical visual scenes using Morph AI. The imagery followed the creative direction established during the moodboarding stage.
Instead of illustrating every sentence literally, the visuals were designed around the underlying business concepts.
05
Animated OMAR using HeyGen. The voiceover was divided into controlled segments to improve avatar performance, synchronization, pacing, and editing flexibility.
06
Built the final film in Adobe Premiere Pro, combining OMAR avatar footage with AI-generated imagery, transitions, typography, motion graphics, compositing, timing, pacing and final visual polish.
07
Built the final audio experience using sound effects, transitions, impacts, UI-style sounds, and supporting sonic details. Sound design was treated as part of the storytelling rather than simply final polish.
AI was not the idea.
AI was the production system behind the idea.
The project explored how generative tools, avatar technology, traditional editing, storytelling, creative direction, and sound design could work together as one production pipeline rather than as disconnected AI experiments.
Building OMAR
OMAR was developed as more than a presenter for a single Business Wheel video.
The intention was to create a recognizable virtual business consultant that could appear repeatedly across educational business content while maintaining a consistent personality, visual identity, and presentation style. This turns the character into a scalable content asset rather than a one-off AI avatar.
The project therefore explores two connected questions: how can AI help create the content — and how can AI help create a recognizable digital character around that content?
Outcome
The project became a proof of concept for using a consistent virtual character as the face of recurring Business Wheel content — combining the scalability of AI production with recognizable visual identity and cinematic storytelling.
It demonstrated a workflow where one creator can move from creative development and visual research to script, voice, character performance, generated visuals, motion, editing, sound design, and final delivery inside one unified AI-assisted production pipeline.

The film was not prompted into existence. It was researched, art-directed, written, performed, cut and finished.
