Creative Direction & Visual System
A multi-agent AI workflow translated into one connected visual machine.
The film
Creative direction
This technical demo film presents an AI-powered creative workflow built for TAQA. The challenge was to make a complex multi-agent process immediately understandable without making the film feel like software documentation.
Instead of a conventional flowchart, every agent became a mechanically believable gear. Each function is introduced on its own; then the gears connect sequentially until the whole workflow is visible as one coordinated machine.
Visual development
The look was designed to feel precise and premium rather than diagrammatic. Glass gives every component physical presence; blue light makes information feel active; negative space keeps the growing system readable.

The gear system
The viewer learns the workflow through assembly. Every new gear adds a function and changes the balance of the composition, so complexity arrives as a sequence rather than a wall of information.

Sequence / progression
The same visual rules hold from the first isolated gear to the final eight-part system. Scale, spacing, reflections and the ground plane create continuity while the composition expands.

Final machine
The final frame resolves the metaphor: individual agents retain their roles, but the value of the workflow is visible only when every part operates together.
